Hi, I’m Zak. My background comes from over a decade in competitive gymnastics and several years in combat sports, which has shaped how I approach training. I focus on helping people move better, build strength properly, and develop confidence in what they’re doing — not just follow workouts. My coaching is calm, structured, and tailored to where you are right now, with a clear focus on consistent progress over time.
